Mindful Mogul Media Inc., operating as The Mindful Mogul ("we"), runs this site and the Annual Planning Retreat. This notice explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

  • What you enter in our intake form: your name, contact details, business information, your answers about how you plan, and your seat and room preferences.
  • What you choose to share for the Retreat: dietary requirements and accessibility needs, used only to look after you on-site.
  • Payment details: processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email and payment status, but never your full card number.
  • Photos and video: taken at the Retreat, used as described in our terms.

How we use it

  • To review your registration and plan the Retreat around the group.
  • To communicate with you about the Retreat, your preparation and the 90-day follow-up.
  • To set up your included Integritty account.
  • With your consent, to send you information about future events and offers. We keep your contact details, business information and answers in our customer database, and use them to understand your interests and to decide which future offers are relevant to you. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To improve our programs. Any feedback we share publicly is anonymized unless you agree otherwise.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Retreat, such as our form providers (Tally and Formspree), payment processor (Stripe), [PLACEHOLDER: spreadsheet or workspace tool], and venue and catering staff, who receive dietary and accessibility details only. Some providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local law.

How long we keep it

We keep registration information for as long as we need it to run the Retreat and meet legal and accounting obligations. If you don't register, we keep your intake answers for up to [PLACEHOLDER: 24 months], unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
